About the publication

The desk

Independent research for the cloud control plane, written for the people who have to explain whether a control actually works.

Why it exists

Cloud guidance often stops at configuration. Cloud Security Desk follows the evidence path through identity, telemetry, workload context, and recovery.

The aim is practical work that an engineer, security leader, auditor, and responder can discuss from the same page.

What we publish

Long-form research reports, visual briefs, technical guides, field notes, and concise research notes. All public work is open access and available through RSS.

What readers can expect

  • Clear labels for observation, inference, and illustration.
  • Accessible figures with source data when possible.
  • Primary references and visible methodological limits.
  • A durable correction record.

Launch status

This working first version contains six demonstration publications. Scenarios and numerical data are explicitly illustrative while the editorial and publishing system is established.
